Terms of Service – Roomhof VOF

These terms apply to all orders placed with Roomhof VOF (KvK 65897358), Bovenkarspel, the Netherlands.

1. General
By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Roomhof VOF sells sealed trading card game (TCG) products, primarily via pre-order, to both business (B2B) and consumer clients.

2. Orders & Pre-orders
Pre-orders are based on expected release/shipment dates communicated at time of order. Release dates are estimates and may shift due to manufacturer or distributor delays outside our control.

3. Pricing
All prices are listed in [EUR/currency] and include/exclude VAT as stated at checkout. Roomhof VOF operates under the margin scheme (margeregeling) for eligible goods; VAT is handled per Dutch tax law.

4. Payment
Payment is due at time of order unless otherwise agreed in a signed quotation or purchase order (for B2B clients).

5. All Sales Final
All purchases are final. Roomhof VOF does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order is confirmed, except where required by law (see Section 6) or in cases of a defective, damaged, or incorrect shipment (see Section 7).

6. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
Where required by Dutch/EU consumer protection law, private consumers within the EU retain a 14-day right of withdrawal on online purchases. This right does not apply to business (B2B) purchases made under a signed quotation or purchase order. To the extent legally permitted, this right does not apply to sealed products where resale value or hygiene is affected by unsealing.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or store credit at our discretion. This is the sole remedy available.

8. Shipping
Orders are shipped via DHL Express or comparable carriers. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handover to the carrier.

9. Liability
Roomhof VOF is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including secondary market value fluctuations of TCG products.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
