Refund & Return Policy – Roomhof VOF

We want you to be happy with your order. Please read our return conditions below.

Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
If you are a consumer within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason, per Dutch/EU consumer law.

To return an item:
- Contact us at roomhofvof@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unopened, sealed, and in original condition
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Exceptions
- Pre-order deposits/payments may be non-refundable. Purchases are final. 
- Business (B2B) orders are subject to the terms agreed in the signed quotation/purchase order, which take precedence over this policy
