Refund Policy

Refund Policy – Roomhof VOF

All sales are final. Roomhof VOF does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on completed orders.

Exceptions:
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items — contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or store credit.
- EU private consumers retain statutory withdrawal rights where legally applicable (see Terms of Service, Section 6).

Business (B2B) orders are governed by the terms in the signed quotation or purchase order, which take precedence over this policy.
